Privacy Policy

SUY collects only the information needed to review fit, respond to requests, operate the website, and understand which pages and calls-to-action are working. No payment checkout or calendar integration is active until configured.

Information collected

Details you submit in a Growth Call, diagnostic, GetSpeed, advisory, or service request form.
Attribution fields such as page path, referrer, UTM parameters, selected service interest, and landing page.
Basic server and browser information needed for security and troubleshooting, including user agent and a hashed IP value.
First-party analytics events such as anonymous page views and CTA clicks, stored privately by SUY and not sent to a third-party analytics platform.

How it is used

To review fit and respond to business inquiries.
To understand which services, guides, and pages generate qualified interest.
To improve website usability, lead flow, response paths, and reporting.
To protect the site from spam, abuse, and broken submissions.

What is not active yet

SUY does not currently run live payment checkout, Luna Cal booking, CRM sync, newsletter automation, or paid advertising pixels on this interim static deployment. Those integrations will be added only after the provider, URLs, and terms are approved.

Data handling

Private lead and analytics records are stored on the website host for SUY review. Full IP addresses are not intentionally stored in analytics events; the endpoint records a daily hash for basic abuse detection and rough visit grouping.

To request review, correction, or deletion of a submitted inquiry, contact SUY through the same channel used to submit the request until a final public support email is configured.
