Terms of Service

Simple terms for working with SUY.

These terms summarize the general rules for using SUY’s website and buying SUY services. A signed proposal, statement of work, invoice, or written agreement may add more specific terms for a particular engagement.

Agreement basics

Clear scope, clear payment, clear responsibility.

SUY provides commercial growth infrastructure, strategy, marketing systems, automation, conversion, reporting, and related services for business clients.

1. Services and scope

SUY services are provided according to the scope described in the relevant proposal, invoice, checkout page, statement of work, or written agreement. Work outside the agreed scope may require a separate approval, timeline, or fee.

2. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely approvals, required access, brand materials, legal/compliance requirements, and truthful claims about licenses, insurance, service areas, pricing, results, and availability.

3. Billing and payment

Fees, billing periods, payment methods, setup costs, and renewal terms are stated in the applicable invoice or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are due as stated on the invoice and work may pause if required payments are overdue.

4. United States clients and international billing

US clients working with SUY can review the US Client Information page for simple notes about invoices, receipts, Israel-based vendor status, and accounting documentation. That page is informational and is not tax or legal advice.

5. Results and no guarantees

SUY builds systems intended to improve commercial opportunity flow, conversion, speed-to-lead, proof, tracking, and growth execution. Marketing and sales outcomes depend on many factors outside SUY’s control, so no specific revenue, ranking, lead volume, booked-call volume, or win-rate result is guaranteed unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.

6. Intellectual property and assets

Unless a specific agreement says otherwise, clients own their pre-existing materials and approved final client-specific deliverables after required payment is received. SUY retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, frameworks, internal tools, reusable systems, character universe, processes, know-how, and non-client-specific materials.

7. Third-party tools and platforms

Some services may use third-party platforms such as hosting providers, analytics tools, CRMs, ad platforms, automation tools, payment processors, AI providers, or communication services. Those platforms may have their own terms, pricing, privacy rules, limits, outages, or policy changes.

8. Website information

Website content is provided for general business information and does not replace a custom proposal, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or compliance review for your specific business.

9. Privacy

Privacy and data handling information is available on the Privacy Policy page.

10. Updates

SUY may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to website use and general service inquiries unless a separate signed agreement controls.

If you need formal contract language, vendor onboarding documents, tax forms, insurance details, or procurement paperwork, ask before the first invoice so the right process can be handled cleanly.
